Just a quick but very sincere note to thank you for your outstanding service over the weekend. We had a concert in St John’s Wood in London.

We were fortunate to have your driver Stuart last year, and even more blessed to have him again this year. He is the consummate professional; a great credit to your company.

The trip runs on tight schedules but Stuart ensures that all the transport arrangements run smoothly and this adds greatly to the overall effectiveness of the trip. I have thanked him personally for his service but I feel it only right that you should also be aware of Stuart’s commitment and good humour.
